Social Media and Research Officer
Syeda Fatima Zahra is a Social Media and Research Officer at AIEF, where she supports the organization's digital presence through content creation and brand communications. She also contributes to research and advocacy efforts aimed at promoting inclusive education for neurodiverse children across Pakistan. Driven by a commitment to equity in education, she brings both analytical thinking and creative vision to her work.
Syeda Abeeha Kanwal
Programme Managaer
Syeda Abeeha Kanwal is a Child Behavioral Pscychologist, and she leads all the programmes including Aagahi and Catalyst Cohort at AIEF. She holds an M.Phil Degree in Clinical Psychology and has more than 8 years experience with children who are neurodivergent. She has worked with big names like DEWA, HHRD e.t.c. She herself faced challenges in her childhood because of dyslexia, which gave her fuel to work for inclusivity.
Qumnber Abidi
Founder/CEO
Qumnber Abidi has been working in the educational sector since 2013. He has worked for different organisations like Science Fuse, Cities for Children, STEAM Pakistan etc. He has degrees in Sociology and Finance.dedicated development practitioner and the driving force behind Abilities Ignite Educational Foundation (AIEF). With a strong commitment to inclusive education, he focuses on creating accessible learning environments for children of all abilities. His work brings together research, community engagement, and practical interventions to empower educators and transform classrooms. Through AIEF, he strives to build a more equitable and inclusive education system in Pakistan.

Dr. Arooj Mujeeb
Director Research
Dr. Arooj Mujeeb is an Assistant Professor at SZABIST with a PhD in Psychology and extensive experience in academia and educational research. She has served at Quaid-i-Azam University and Bahria University, leading programs on Industrial and Organizational Psychology and teacher training. Dr. Mujeeb specializes in educational research, curriculum development, and professional training, making her an invaluable asset in shaping AIEF’s evidence-based programs for teachers, parents, and students.
Muhammad Uzair Rind
Director Strategy
A Civil Engineer from the University of Glasgow, Uzair Rind is the CEO of Green Ways Developers and Auzar, where he leads projects focused on sustainability and infrastructure development. His expertise in strategic planning, project execution, and stakeholder engagement enables AIEF to expand its reach through innovative learning spaces, infrastructure planning, and educational partnerships.
Obaid Razzak
Director Outreach
With a BA in Fashion Design from ESMOD Dubai, Obaid Razzak is the CEO of MALKA Clothing Brand and has previously worked with Outfitters and Mohtaram in adaptive fashion and branding. He brings a creative vision to AIEF, ensuring that our programs are accessible, engaging, and widely recognized. His experience in social impact initiatives through his work with Dareecha Male Health Society strengthens AIEF’s outreach and engagement effortserships.

Shayan Mujeeb
Shayan Mujeeb is an education and development professional working at the intersection of research, programs, and policy. She has experience designing and evaluating education initiatives across public and low-resource school systems in Pakistan, with a focus on using data to drive better learning outcomes. Her work spans government collaboration, teacher development, and generating practical insights that inform decision-making.
Wajih Ur Rehman
Wajih Ur Rehman is a Research Associate at the National Institute of Maritime Affairs (NIMA), Islamabad, with a background in environmental science and policy. His work focuses on sustainable development, climate change, and inclusive approaches to environmental and social challenges. He has contributed to policy research and public discourse through his writing on governance and development issues, bringing a thoughtful and interdisciplinary perspective
Maira Saeed
Maira Saeed holds a Bachelors degree in Political Sciences from LUMS. She is an educator and worked for different projects which dealt with different social issues. She has worked as a Programme Lead at AIEF and designed many trainings which focused on teachers, students and psychology students alike. Currently she is working as a programme manager at a multinational company.
