OUR APPROACH

We don't run one-off workshops and walk away. We build long-term relationships ,with schools, families, and communities, that last over years, not weeks.

Our Vision

A future where children who are neurodiverse learn alongside their peers, caregivers and professionals are supported to respond to difference, and inclusion is the norm across education systems.

Our Mission

AIEF works with children who are neurodiverse to support their full participation in learning, by working alongside families, schools, communities, and professionals through advocacy, direct engagement, and systems-focused work to build inclusive education practices that recognise different ways of learning.

Problems We Address

Children Unheard

Neurodiverse children are not consistently listened to or understood by the adults around them.

Stakeholders uninformed

Stakeholders (Parents, Schools, Universities e.t.c) lack access to clear, locally relevant information about learning differences.

Samness Assumed

Teaching methods are built on the assumption that every child learns the same way at the same pace.

Equality ≠ Equity

Schools confuse equal treatment with equitable support, leaving many children behind.

Teachers overwhelmed

Educators want to help but feel underprepared and unsupported to include diverse learners.

Stigma persists

Neurodiversity is treated as an exception, not an expected reality, creating shame and exclusion.
